You Think, You Are...Anxious: A Journey from Avoidance to Acceptance
by Chris T. Sorrentino, LPC, NCC
As a retired military officer, combat and disabled veteran, and licensed psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience working with people who are anxious and depressed, I will provide information about mental health from a mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral perspective.
Let me know what's on your mind and I will tell you what I think. I will not give advice, but information about my philsophies on life, psychology, and a healthy mind.
I am particularly interested in combat veterans having difficulties assimilating into their environment after returning from deployments or discharge.
My book, You Think, You Are...Anxious: A Journey from Avoidance to Acceptance will be published later this year. If you are interested in an advance order of one of 250 autographed first editions, please contact me at kccbt@hotmail.com and I will put you on the waiting list.
You can also follow me on Twitter @CombatCounselor or visit our website http://www.kccbt.com/ for more information about me, my theory, book, and practice. My nationwide speaking and self-help tour promoting Body-Mind-Behavior Therapy (BMBT) and my book will kick off in the fall, so stay tuned for locations, dates, and other details.
